Scholarship Application: Part One

This form is Part One of the Booster Club Scholarship application process. To be considered, students must complete all parts of the application.

After submitting this online form, you will need to download the additional required documents, which include:

• Teacher Recommendation Form

• Coach Recommendation Form

• Scholarship Essay Prompts

These forms must be completed in full and turned in to Mrs. Wimberly by April 8, 2026. Incomplete applications or materials submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
