Grant Request Process

  1. Submission of Request

    • Coaches must complete a Booster Club Grant Request Form. Please download & fill out. WE WILL NOT CONSIDER REQUESTS THAT ARE SENT IN WITHOUT THIS FORM.

    • The form must include detailed pricing and vendor quotes for the requested items.

    • The completed request must be submitted to the Athletic Director (AD) for review.

  2. Review by Athletic Director

    • The AD will evaluate the request and determine if it should be funded through the athletics budget or presented to the Booster Club.

    • If the AD determines that the request falls within Booster Club funding guidelines, it will be presented at the next Booster Club meeting.

  3. Booster Club Review & Decision

    • Requests will be discussed and voted on by Booster Club members present at the meeting.

    • Coaches will receive email notification of approval or denial following the meeting.

  4. Approval & Processing

    • If approved, the coach must print the approval letter and gather any necessary documentation (invoices, receipts, etc.).

    • These documents must be submitted to the athletic department for proper fund coding and order processing.
